Imagine.
A path.
Leading you.
Deep.
Into the wilderness.
Into the wild.

Imagine.
A clearing in the center.
Of the woods.
Of the dark.
Of it All.

Imagine.
A table stretching into the Evers.
Where candles fill the expanse.
And wax drips
Drips
Drips.
Forming ever changing sculptures before your eyes.

Imagine.
A world opening for you.
Calling you.
Inviting you.
In.

The Dinner of Decadence has begun.

And you may be thinking.
That you are here.
To indulge.
In the bites of delight that arrive before you.
Each reminding you of what is possible.
Each bite.
Offering a satiation.
That you have longed for.
But forgot was real.

And yet.
There is more.
A promise that sings on the wind.
A promise that goes beyond what appears.

Maybe you can hear it.
Whispered as the last leaves lose their grasp.
And drop.
Onto your plate.

You are here for reclamation.
Not of what you have lost.
But of what has lost you.
Along the way.

For once upon a time.
Before the walls were built.
You were held.
In the sanctuary of time and wonder.
Over the ages.
You may have lost pieces of what you held dear.
But.
Also.
You were lost to what held you.

Now.
At the Dinner of Decadence.
The walls crumble.
And the fire burns the illusion.
You are returning.
To the very beginning.

With each bite.
The earth softens.
What has kept you apart.
Decays.
You give over your armor.
To the tendrils that rise from the ground.
So that you may be brought in.
Not to your ruin.
But so that you may be set free.
Into life.
Knowing.
That you are a part of the grandest delight.
And that it now it holds you.
Once again.
Giving you what you need.
So that you can become.
Who you have always.
Been.
