There will be times.
When you will have to throw your head back.
Exposing your neck to the sky.
To the wild.
Letting the soft spaces of your being.
Meet the world.
The rain.
Without protection.
From your arms.
Or snarl.
Even if what you want most.
Is to let your spiked armor.
And deepest howls.
Keep life at bay.

It will take you summoning.
Every reserve of courage.
And fire.
That dwells in your bones.
For you to cross the threshold.
Into the wind.
And let yourself be felt.
Let yourself feel.
The call of everything you have longed for.
Singing to you.
Begging of you.
To name it.
Without reserve.
So that your voice.
Your magic.
May give what was once only a dream.
Shape.
Form.
Density.
To become.

And even as fear ropes its way around your breath.
You will find.
The electric current of it All.
Coursing just below your skin.
And you will remember who you are.
Who you have always been.
The daring will rise.
The words will come.
And you.
Will claim.
What is yours.

Where you will get to form your story.
