You release your grip.
On the world that had been.

The vast wild that is your hunger.

The other hand.
Will reach out.
Past yourself.
Past the mystery and mayhem.
Into a possibility.
Still finding itself.
Soon.
You will take hold.
Of a newness.
That has always been of you.

But.
Now.
You must let yourself be.
In the unformed magic.
Betwixt.
An ending and renewal.
Where the armature of your being melts away.
And truths flicker from behind the shadows.
You must stay.
Untethered from the visions and maps that once rooted you.
To a labyrinth of safety.
You must let yourself.
Find a home.
In the unknown depths.
Of an ever spinning world.
Because this is the sacred passageway.
Between lives.
Traveled, even as you are in the middle of one.
This is where.
You learn.
To stay with yourself.
Through the currents that want to take you backwards.
This is where you.
Remember.
Who you are.
Even when there are no mirrors for you to see through.
Because the time will come.
Soon enough.
When your other hand.
Reaches out and touches the shore.
And you will be ready.
For all that is to come.
